Election Commission of India (ECI): The Election Commission of India is an autonomous constitutional authority.  ECI conducts Union and State elections  in India. The ECI also conduct the elections to the Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, State Legislative Assemblies in India, and the offices of the President and Vice President in the country.   Election Commission of India  headquarter is at Nirvachan Sadan, Ashoka Rd, Pandit Pant Marg Area, Sansad Marg Area, New Delhi, Delhi 110001. It is  2-3 minutes walking distance from Patel chowk Metro Station.

Tourist Places Near the Office of Election Commission of India:

Jantar Mantar : It is 300 year old astronomical observatory. Since, It is around 100 meters far from Election Commission of India, hence, you can walk upto it.

Pracheen Hanuman Mandir: It is around 250 meters far from Election Commission of India, hence, you can walk upto it.  Since, Tuesday and Saturday are the special days of worship. When devotees come in large numbers at the temple.

Bangla Sahib Gurudwara: It is very beautiful.  Since, it is clean and well managed Gurduwara.  Because, it is open for all faiths, so you may always see that people are visiting here all the times. It is hardly 50 meters far.  2 minutes walking distance.

Charkha Museum: NDMC has made the Charkha Monument on the park above Palika Parking. It is 300 meters far from Election Commission of India.

National Philatelic Museum: It has an extensive stamp collection including the first stamp issued in India by the Sindh Dak (1854) and stamps issued before Independence by the rulers of the Princely States.  It is just opposite the ECI in the basement of Dak Bhawan.
