There are two upper class AC waiting rooms hall have been made available at New Delhi Railway Station (NDLS), one at each side of Paharganj & Ajmeri Gate side.

You, will find different categories of waiting hall room in New Delhi Railway Station (NDLS), such as ac or non ac. Neat and clean place, good to stay for short period of time. Racks are available for keeping luggage. Canteen facility is also available with reasonable rates. Separate washrooms for male and female are inside. A separate ladies waiting room is also available. Rs.10/- per person is charged for an hour and anyone can avail safe and secure stay.

Lounge General Information:
- Charges for children up to 3 feet of height are complimentary. Anyone above 3 feet height shall be considered person and charges as applicable shall be charged.
- You can also get Wheel chair free of cost (but you have to take help of Porter( Kulli ) or yourself)
- Golf Cart is also Available but to avail this service you have to take permission from deputy Station Master ( his office is at platform no 16)
- The information of Executive Lounge is available on 139. One may SMS “Lounge” to 139 & revert SMS shall be sent from 139.
- Access to the lounge is controlled by smart card which is issued to each passenger at the time of check-in. Passengers are required to swipe the smart card at the entry door to enter/exit from the Lounge. Once the card is swiped, the time is recorded & the time of stay starts. Entry and exit time is automatically calculated in the system.
- Payment – Cash and all Visa/ Master/ Maestro debit/ credit cards are accepted at Executive Lounge.
- You must carry one original photo identity proof issued by Govt. like PAN card, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar card, Driving License etc and valid train ticket either reserved or unreserved.
